If you go in the branch, do not try on your lunch break as there is always too long of a wait. No one moves quickly, or acts happy that you are a customer. Their claims department is an entire joke.

Terrible service. It's like they don't want your business. I can fix that. I'll switch to a smaller customer friendly bank.
