Very small bank. Only the older women understand true customer service. And their counters behind the glass are never organized. Hate giving bad reviews. But they need to be more personable.

Well apparently BOA does not think it is worth having banks in Sumter SC any longer. All of them have closed and they will recommend you go to a place in Carolina Beach, NC or Camden...REALLY!!??...
