It only took around 15 minutes to open a savings account. Joel Yanek was very helpful and informative. I don't know what the one stars are for.

This branch doesn't deserve a rating. I've been using it for 4 years and it is horrible. They don't care about their customers. My mom can't use the branch anymore because they closed the drive...

I get the distinct impression that no one at this bank wants to be bothered by customers. They have even closed their drive-through lanes. Those were far too convenient. Far better to park, walk...
