Installed two brand new units five years ago. Spent hundreds on repairs since then. Today they charged $172 diagnosis fee only to tell me they couldn't find the leak.

I just used arctic air for my commercial a/c unit. I paid almost $500 for service and the a/c still does not work. Plus, now the roof leaks where the unit sits. The roof has never leaked...
