Drive-thru was very fast, friendly service, and HOT fries! I haven't been inside yet, but so far, starting off with 5-Stars.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Horrible customer service. They would not make my meal at 11:50 Which I had ordered for 12 p m. I offered to show phone but she said they couldn't do it. You need to do better!!!

Manager here was coughing and sneezing near the food and sneezed into her hand and continued to touch the food! Made me want to get sick. Arbys needs to do better about not having sick employees...

We clearly asked for 6 sandwiches but ended up getting 50 like how do you mess that up
