I wish I could give them a ZERO!! Dr orders for PT for 8 weeks. Didn't start for 3 week's. Got 6 PT visits. Diacharged 3 weeks early. Said they were done even though the nurse still had 3 more...

No consideration for the caregivers time. They do not schedule when they are to come. Call the last minute to say on the way, then catch an attitude when I say you need to schedule ahead of time....
