Agape Care

Founded in 1997, the Hospice Care of South Carolina is an independently owned and operated medical center that provides a variety of health care services for patients with terminal illnesses. It offers skilled nursing, pain control, symptoms management, crisis intervention, medication administration, treatment planning and psychological assessment services. The center additionally provides a range of personal care services, including bathing, grooming, bed linen changing and housekeeping. It also offers counseling, consulting, and bereavement, emotional and spiritual support services for patients and their families. The Hospice Care of South Carolina works in partnerships with hospitals, long-term care centers and adult living facilities. The center provides services to the residents of more than 45 counties throughout South Carolina.
