Have visited this store many times in the past and it looks better than it ever has. Staff is friendly and the store is cleaner. Most people working there are pretty knowledgeable about cars

terrible customer service. regularly have to wait over 20-30 mins in line while 4 employees try to figure out how to find a part number for an air filter there are a couple good employees here...
