"The Zen Den offers therapeutic bodywork + energywork sessions to bring you back to a space of centered awareness. These modalities include Polarity Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, Crystal Healing, and other forms of Advanced Energy Work. We also offer private or small group Yoga in a relaxed and beautiful setting. Using these types of manual therapy and holistic movement practice, we can work to alleviate stress and pain, release tensions in your body and mind, and promote better overall well-being WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY."
