Jacob, Lenny and all the techs were really nice when I showed up with a nail in my tire a week after having my tires rotated and not being able to get the low tire pressure light off. Duh, low...

Took almost 3 hours to get an alignment w lm hen I bought a pair of tires. I came back for a rotation I was told 8AM, it is now 9AM and the car has not been touched. Very poor service.
