History

Kristen has been a licensed clinician since 2009 and opened a private psychotherapy practice in 2012. Recognizing the incredible transformative powers of yoga from her own personal practice, she completed her 200hr yoga teacher certification in 2014. Merging her clinical work with yoga and meditation, The Holistic Heart, LLC was born. The new practice required more space, so that August Kristen moved to a new location in a beautiful converted Victorian building, complete with 1200SF newly renovated yoga studio, on Sandy Lane in Warwick. Kristen works with individuals 11 and older, and specializes in adolescent issues, self-esteem, self-acceptance, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and Aspergers Syndrome.
