Service and food are great, went for brunch. Nice bloody marys but we felt like it was a little overpriced but it was a holiday. Tasty food though we would def return

2nd oldest continuously used inn in America. It's been an inn since 1790, we're one of the 23 oldest establishments left in America. It belonged to the Stanton family from 1665-1900 and there have been 6 owners altogether.

Very historic inn with many nooks and crannies. Great ambience, with well separated tables and quiet vibe, at least on the night we were there which was a Saturday! The service was quite good and...

The bar tender on Thursday night is the best. We love the atmosphere and the owners are very nice. Check it out if you're in The area.

First and last dining experience at the General Stanton Inn Saturday. Made a reservation on the web site, arrived on time and seated promptly in the Tavern Room, which needs more sound baffling...
