Despite the hate, the Ratty is consistent and filling. Food may be bland and at times questionable, but hey there's always pizza or cereal.

The food is disgusting and the people are generally rude. This is not worth going to, but unfortunately because Brown requires the meal plan you will anyways. I am sorry.
