AdCare Hospital of Worcester provides inpatient and outpatient care services to individuals suffering from drug and alcohol abuse and their families. It provides two types of inpatient services, including rehabilitation and acute residential services. Its residential services provide patients with daily nursing care. Its daily activities include educational sessions, individual and group counseling, recovery and relapse prevention and application of self-help skills training. Its outpatient services include assessment and evaluation; individual, group and family counseling; day treatment and outpatient detoxification programs. AdCare Hospital of Worcester is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is located in Worcester, Mass.
