cant get ahold of anyone...automated system is infuriating and online wont confirm my text or email...you would think a business with this many horrible reviews would address their service...

Rude and knowledgeable customer service. When the math doesn't add up, customer service states that they reserve the right to get a supervisor to make up the math so that it will work out....
