Aleah has over 100 hours of Thai Bodywork training, she is reiki 1 & 2 attuned as well as offering cupping & experienced knowledge of CBD. Aleah is currently working on getting certified as a Full-Spectrum Birth & Postpartum Doula through Cornerstone Doula Trainings! She is excited to start offering these services to the community!

Aleah is passionate about creating a sacred space for healing. She enjoys diving deep within herself & with her clients to restore balance where it has been lost. Aleah specializes in Thai Massage (aka Thai Yoga Massage). This modality incorporates assisted stretching with massage & integrative breathwork for a holistic experience. Great for athletes, increasing range of motion + mobility, treating old injuries, and for people who just want to relax & unwind. Trust that this 2,500+ year old practice will be just what you need. Aleah also may incorporate Reiki and/or cupping into your session depending on your specific needs.
