It is equipped to close all types of local or nationally generated loans, including reverse mortgages and relocation transactions. The firm also can serve as a vendor service manager for nationwide closings and feature a Spanish-speaking center. Residential Title & Escrow offers clients direct communication with title officers, closing coordinators, closing attorneys, escrow agents and staff. Residential Title & Escrow Services provides closings at convenient locations, settlement statements (HUD-1) received in advance of closing, Nehemiah approved and complimentary drafting and review of sales agreements. The closing attorneys at Residential Title & Escrow Services are presently licensed in the New England states, including the surrounding areas of Boston, Hartford, Milford, Springfield, Worcester, Providence, Cape Cod and the Islands, Manchester and western Massachusetts.
