Older woman at desk--not helpful or friendly. Machines worked well, liked the card system. Dryers took a bit longer than usual but overall...did a good job.

I went there a few weeks ago and the worker named Lisa refused to help me and would not show me the bathroom. The washing machine is tried to use had dirty panties. I am not impressed

Good equipment. unfortunately they use a card system that does not always add the money you spend on it to the card. You may get ripped off at some point. Employees/manager offered no recompense.
