Middlesex Savings Bank is one of the largest mutual savings bank in Massachusetts, with assets exceeding $3.2 billion. RCAP Solutions, headquartered in Gardner, Mass., is a nonprofit community development organization, providing direct services and community consultation throughout the northeastern United States and Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. It provides a wide range of services, including technical assistance for communities and individuals, real estate services, management and consulting services, public policy, and community loan funds. Its technical assistance services include drinking water and wastewater evaluation and upgradion, customized income survey, grant writing assistance, water and wastewater trainings, and other environmental and infrastructures services. RCAP Solutions also has branch offices in various states throughout the country, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, and New York.
