overcharge and no customer service to back it. Couldn't get a tracking number on time and lost almost lost a sale on eBay I'll never use them again.

Place is a scam and rip off. I sent a flat rate USPS that should have been 21.50 they charged me almost $40. wish i went to the post office and saved $20. Will never use them again!
