Payne's Killer Donuts is a Block Island institution. Owned and operated by the Payne family for over 55 years, Payne's Killer Donuts has a huge following. The shop opens at 7:00 a.m. each morning in season and the line often starts forming at 6:30. In addition to delicious, warm donuts we serve soft ice cream, an assortment of beverages and frozen Slush Puppies.
