Payne dock is what block island is all about! Snack bar type food. Great drinks. Great people. Just perfect for a relaxing time and the best place to get away from ballards!!

Food was fresh and light, not filling. Waiter was beyond accomodatimg, and I would not hesitate to come back. I had the white fish with extra sauce, she had the boullie base. Excellent.

Couldn't believe the good meal had to pay cash but well worth it ,will go back again for a reasonably priced good breakfast served at 7am best on the Island so far
