Owner Pat Lyons started the business with his dog Radar, in the summer of 1986. Although Radar has since passed away, customers still ask for him. Pat lives with his wife and five children in Charlestown. Pat credits the success of his business to his staff who have enabled the business to grow every year since 1986.
