Armand Maran innovated and patented the Marveledge back-up pad along with the "island" pattern process for applying grain to resin fibre discs. Marvel Abrasive Products is one of the largest convertors of jumbo roll material in the United States. Our products include a complete line of non-wovens ( discs and belts ), resin cloth and paper belts, discs with mechanical locking systems and a complete line of back-up pads to compliment our resin fibre discs.Headquartered in Chicago, Marvel Abrasive Products has a 60, 000 square foot manufacturing, converting and warehousing facility. Other stocking warehouses are located regionally in Los Angeles, California ; Dallas, Texas and Greenville, South Carolina.Marvel's future direction is our uncompromising commitment to quality and to be recognized as the world's finest manufacturer of resin fibre discs.
