Otis Smith Farm and Rowbottom Preserve, located in Cumberland, RI, offers access to Wakefield Pond, a serene 74-acre body of water bordered by woodlands and privately owned properties. With a cement plank boat ramp and gravel parking, it serves as a convenient launching point for boats, canoes, and kayaks, while ensuring the preservation of the natural surroundings.
This fishing access site prohibits the use of outboard motors during the peak summer months, fostering a peaceful environment for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy a range of water activities, but they are encouraged to keep the boat ramp clear for trailers and follow all safety guidelines when exploring the area.
