HistoryI have been working in the human service business for 20 years. In the last ten years I have been working as a psychotherapist. I've contracted with a group practice for nine years before going out on my own. I now offer individual counseling and life coaching for women.SpecialtiesI teach people life changing skills to manage anxiety, depression and stress so that they can live a balanced life with clarity, focus, self-awareness, confidence and authenticity.
