I so love this place. I've been going 2-4 times a week for about 8 mos. I've gotten so strong thanks to Rachael and Kasey. It's a safe haven in a hectic world. I look forward to my 6 am classes....

This Yoga studio is spectacular! When you first walk in, you are greated with a welcoming instructor. The place has such a relaxed and peaceful ambiance. Where yoga takes place is truly Zen....
