Never re-opened sauna, closed work out rooms, grips on machines falling off, uncalibrated plates and dumbbells, broken cable attachments, crooked benches.

V&M Construction was started by Frank Verzillo in 1968. Frank began building residential homes on his own, from start to finishing, fostering quality construction at a reasonable cost. By 1984, Frank acquired a locally operated concrete company, Rite-Way Forms, Inc., in order to streamline foundation services to his customers. V&M Construction began taking on commercial construction projects in the 1980's through the early 1990's, and eventually shifted focus to building waterfront residential properties throughout the 1990's. This focus continues to the present day.
