Very unorganized. Setting is in disarray. They have a great humidor. Management and staff appear to be more consumed with entertaining themselves. Social Setting is not very inviting for...

The staff was incredibly friendly and the lounge was very comfortable. There were quite a few comfy spots to sit. We would definitely come back if we were in Providence again.
