Founded in 1871, La Salle Academy is an independent, Catholic, coeducational college preparatory school that is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The academy has several departments, such as business and computer applications, English, fine arts, mathematics, physical education and life skills, religious studies, science, social studies and world languages. La Salle Academy offers more than 30 different sports activities, such as cross country, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, track and field, ice hockey, gymnastics, swimming, wrestling, softball and baseball.
