the server and the manager were both very rude. I explained I had ordered ahead and the app said i would get a free meal. I was told curtly "we don't offer that at this store" The KFC customer...

1/1/24 Airport Rd Store, Warwick, RI. An $80 disappointment. Biscuits were dry & hard (old). No sauces (how do you miss EIGHT sauces?) for the tenders. Even the breading on the chicken was hard...
