Awful. They're only out for your money. When we inquired on price they first insisted on selling us their own expensive bed encasements because that's "the only way we can stand buy their work"....

They claim to garuntee it. They do not. You will suffer for weeks. Call someone else. He's rude, a rip off and will not send you a contract
