Mr. Blain directly managed some of the more prestigious roofing, waterproofing and architectural sheet metal projects of recent memory including The Mandarin Oriental Hotel ; Boston Opera House ; 265 Franklin Street ; 7 Cambridge Center ; Target Stores, Pembroke Middle School ; 400 Massachusetts Avenue ; Gillette Stadium ; Kendal Square ; among others. Mr. Hillcoat brings extensive experience with building envelope construction and design fields to Commonwealth. Mr. Hillcoat performed building envelope evaluations and designs for high profile projects including The Prudential Center and Space Shuttle Launch Complex 40 ( Cape Canaveral, FL ) while managing construction efforts on various projects at Battery Wharf ; Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant ; Boston Marriott Long Wharf Hotel ; Charles Gund Hall at Harvard Graduate School of Design ; multiple projects at Tufts University and Fenway Park. Mr. Hulverson has over twenty years of experience in all field aspects of specialty waterproofing and roofing. Recognized as an industry leader, Mr. Hulberson has been active in the Roofers and Waterproofers Union Locall 33, Boston, MA since 1978. He has chosen to assist in the development of company field safety training programs. Mr. Hulverson has managed field operations for such projects as Logan International Airport, Terminal E ; DoubleTree Guest Suites ; Massachusetts College of Pharmacy ; Morton Hospital ; Lantana ; 7 Cambridge Center ; 265 Franklin Street ; Kendal Square ; Malden YMCA and Fenway Park. Mr. Medico has been an active member of the architectural sheet metal, waterproofing and roofing contracting industry since 1978. During this time he has worked closely with the officers of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 17, Boston, MA to develop training and select candidates for apprenticeship. Mr. Medico has been involved with ornate and complex architectural sheet metal for well-known local construction projects including Harvard University's Tosteson Medical Education Center ; Cathedral High School ; Lincoln Plaza ; Quincy Municipal Credit Union ; 400 Massachusetts Avenue ; Pembroke Middle School ; Tufts University's Cabot Hall ; Northwoods Medical Center ; 126 Newbury Street ; Derenzo Construction Offices ; and Charles Schwab, Brookline, MA. Ms. Pina has over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience ; including degrees and certificates in various accounting programs as well as over 10 years in the specialty contracting business.
