Henry's philosophy is assessing the individual as a whole and improving their function as a human. He selects interventions that he believes to be most fruitful depending on the outcomes of the assessment and context of the individual. As a trainer with a massage license, Henry does massage and soft tissue work, but it is not a traditional massage where an individual lays on the table for the entire session. Henry wants the individual to progress, get better, and not have to be on the table receiving treatment on a long-term basis. He believes massage should be a means to the end. Henry integrates specific tissue work relating to the assessment of the individual as opposed to general relaxation massage. Henry works with individuals from various backgrounds including his current clientele of powerlifters, multi-sport athletes, college athletes, and regular clients trying to improve their lives in an optimal fashion. Each new client that comes to Henry will go through a comprehensive evaluation assessing their joint position and movement patterns. Afterward, the client will go over goals with Henry so that they may have a specific plan designed for them in 4-week blocks. Initial Evaluation and Treatment - $120 Follow-ups Treatments - $100
