Very inconsistent. cold potatoes burnt toast, burnt food is turned over so you don't see it and served. Multiple try's. Won't return

Quick Easy Diner Food. Server was very nice, but didn't tell me they charge 3% extra when paying with card vs cash until after we ate passing transaction fee to customer. Ambiance was quiet and calm.
