Friends of Homeless Animals of RI, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer-based charity committed to rescuing abandoned dogs, cats, and occasionally other animals like rabbits, pigs, and even a hedgehog named Crouton. Founded in 2007 by Roie Griego and Doris Baker, FOHARI has evolved into a reputable animal rescue organization on the East Coast.
