Francesca' is located in a good area. I believe the place is called Long Wharf Mall, but I may be mistaken. Wifey spent a lot of time here browsing before buying a blouse for $9.98. Best part...

Nothing out of the ordinary compared to the other Francesca's shops, except it's location. Long Wharf Mall is the perfect little spot for this well known boutique. I didn't buy anything on this...
