Nice friendly staff that aren't afraid to give their customers delicious recommendations! My coworker ordered an Apple cider, and the server suggested a shot of caramel. She said it was really good!

Thank you for getting my order correct. The Dunkin' at 1700 Mendon Rd in Cumberland should take some notes, because they are awful.

I find it clean and the staff is pleasant. The coffee is watered down... but honestly I don't like strong coffee - so for me - it's perfect. I guess it just depends on your preferences. Either/or...
