David L Yavner

David Yavner has been practicing law since 1984 and Immigration law for more than 35 years. He is a graduate of Boston University and Boston University School of Law. In his practice, he handles a wide array of immigration matters both at the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service, the Department of State, Department of Labor and at the Immigration Courts. David represents businesses seeking to hire foreign nationals, victims of persecution, individuals seeking legal residency, and those trying to prevent deportation. ​David is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st and 9th Circuits, the United States District Courts for Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the State Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. David has volunteered for a host of community organizations and enjoys helping people make their dreams of residency in the United States come true.
