For a bank, the customer service is really good. There are always plenty of tellers here and the lines move pretty quick. I also opened up my bank account here when I first moved to Providence....

Sleazy bank in my opinion. If you do an "interest free" balance transfer, they do indeed charge interest......on the balance transfer fee. Deceptive consumer practice in my opinion. No other bank...
