The Blackstone Valley Community Action Program (BVCAP) is a non-profit agency dedicated to assisting low-moderate income individuals and families in becoming self-reliant and responsible citizens. Customers service was practically nonexistent. The only help provided came from flyers on their bulletin board. Left in tears, because I had hoped they could help me, which they did not.
