The service is ok but can't get a straight answer if you are disputing your bill at the 800. They bounce you around like a ping pong ball. I eventually paid a bill for 50 bucks because I gave up...

I have been on hold now for over 35 mins. Trying to reorder my child's respiratory supplies. The WORST customer service ever. Stuck with them due to having Tricare!
Telephone reps outside the USA are terrible. I suggest not using Apria if at all possible. Ask your Dr for a different CPAP supplier. You will be better off.
