FabNewport is an equitable and inclusive community makerspace located in Newport County, dedicated to co-creating programming, mentorship, and career development for children and families. The organization envisions a future where youth possess the skills and confidence needed to positively impact their communities through a variety of STEAM initiatives and community engagement activities. To bridge the gap between youth and their aspirations, FabNewport engages middle school students in community activities and offers paid internships for those aged 14 and older, providing them with valuable professional skills.
