History
Anahata Massage is both a young and an old business. I have spent decades as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, student of philosophy, and of exercise science. Everything I learned about the body, how it moves, where it holds tension, and how we inhabit our physical body serves me in my work in massage. Everything I learned about meditation and breath work, and being radically present to the person before me serves me. Although I just finished my (rigorous) full time studies and passed my licensure exam last spring I feel that everything I have done is used every time I work with a client.

Swedish, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue Massage. Reflexology, Special Yin Yoga Massage.
