If you want to leave half your lashes here then come on in. I asked if they remove lashes and they said yes. Once she stared it already was painful, which I asked her if she's pulling my lashes...

left my thick brows EXTREMELY uneven. VERY unhappy. go to literally any of the other eyebrow places in philadelphia.
