The Yough River Trail Council is an all-volunteer group based in Connellsville, PA, responsible for maintaining and fundraising for the 23-mile section of the Great Allegheny Passage trail in Fayette County. They oversee the trail from Layton through Connellsville to Bruner Run, offering a campground and shelters at the Connellsville trailhead, as well as organizing various events and activities throughout the year.
