One small (but important) tip: If Han Dynasty is packed (it invariably is,) then just cross the street to Xi'an. - If you have hankering for traditional spicy and light Chinese food, try Xi'an...

Early lunch here while on a work trip. Can not complain. Dan Dan noodles are large enough to be a lunch. Got pig ears and pickled vegetables and an extra bowl of rice to temper the chili sauce...
