horrible service, outages over 16 hrs with no follow up whatsoever. takes forever to reach a person and then all they care about is closing the request. Can't talk to a real person

Most of the time we have no internet we can't watch tv. If we're watching a show the TV just stops and it keeps buffering and buffering. It's not worth $40. We never have a full day of Internet....
