Whitetail Preserve
Whitetail Preserve Shooting Range, located in Black Creek Twp, PA, was established in 1988 by a group of hunting enthusiasts who wanted to recreate the shooting experience they had during a pheasant hunt in South Dakota. Today, the Preserve offers guided field hunts for pheasant, chucker, and quail, as well as professionally designed Skeet, Trap, and Sporting Clay fields that are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Committed to supporting the youth in their community, Whitetail Preserve actively promotes youth shooting and works with children with special needs. They also offer a range of courses throughout the year, taught by NRA-certified shooting instructors, covering shotgun, rifle, pistol, home safety, and personal protection. Additionally, the Preserve is home to the Hazleton Area High School Shooting Club, whose members have achieved successive State Championships in the Scholastic Clay Target Program.
