Evangelical Manor is one of northeast Philadelphia's leading retirement homes. Located on more than 12 acres in Pennypack Woods, Pa., the manor offers a variety of services, such as independent and assisted living in private apartments, and skilled nursing care in a specialized facility. Various amenities are offered to residents that support maintenance-free retirement living, such as a full calendar of activities, programs and events that challenge residents physically, mentally and spiritually. The facility is located near the city's leading restaurants, shopping, museums, theaters and sporting facilities. It is a faith-based and nonprofit organization, and works in coordination with the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the Methodist Church.

They didn't respond to calls for six hours and did not understand the process for authorization which was their responsibility. There are plenty of better and smarter places.

The facility is vey outdated- the bathroom mirror was broken and not replaced. Four occupants share the same bathroom. The wait time after the call bell was rung was very long. Family members...
